Kris McPeek has been investing in property since 2005. She, along with her husband, have bought distressed homes and condominiums and renovated them to sell or rent. In 2006 she subdivided a 120 acre tract with partners. In addition to investing she has managed several rental properties over the years. In 2020 she and her husband moved to East Tennessee to be close to family. There she decided to get her real estate license to help customers and clients alike buy and sell real estate, passing along her expertise and well rounded knowledge of the buying, selling and investing process including 1031 exchanges.

Originally from Northern California, her and her husband moved to North Idaho to live in the country where she owned and operated a 3 acre lavender farm making a wide range of products including award winning lavender essential oil. With this knowledge of running a business and farming she brings a wide range knowledge of homesteading and farming to provide income.

When not helping customers and clients buy and sell real estate, Kris enjoys hiking with her dogs in the Great Smokey Mountains and surrounding Appalachian mountains, reading about and visiting historical places.
